Even the rocks will cry out!
So this morning has been a beautiful morning. Andrew now has a job... woo hoo... so we got up at the same time and I got ready to go to school and he got ready to go to work. We ate breakfast, ironed clothes, and packed our lunches. It was a hallmark moment.
It was super foggy on the way to school today. The visibility was only 200 ft or something crazy like that. While I was on the highway in this horrible fog headed up a hill all of the sudden the sun came over the horizon and slowly the fog drifted away. Sitting in crazy Nashville traffic, it was like I was the only one sitting on top of that hill with Jesus. The sun has been hiding for about a week now... very depressing. Seeing that sun peek over the hill and slowly raise was so refreshing to my soul.
When I arrived at school, I FOUND A PARKING SPOT... A REALLY GOOD ONE! Now all of you in Texas who complain about having to park mid-way in the WalMart parking lot have no reason to complain. Sometimes I have to walk 3 or 4 blocks to school because I cannot find any parking spaces. I am sure that my close parking space was a heavenly blessing.
When I got out of my car, it was dead quiet. This is RARE! NEVER NEVER NEVER is it that quiet on campus. I looked down at my watch and saw that it was 7:45 and I realized that I never really arrive to school that early so everyone had not started their trek to school yet. I had 5 minutes of quiet. As I walked I noticed that the birds were just chirping away. They were probably gossiping about Melissa on Dancing with the Stars last night or something because they were worked up!
Then it hit me... If praises to my Lord do not come out of my mouth, then even the rocks will cry out, the birds will cry out, ALL of nature will cry out! How many times do I walk to school, drive as the sun rises, get an incredible parking space and in everything I do praise his holy name?
When I arrived at school my first class was magically canceled, so here I am sharing my joy with you this morning! Here are some scriptures that remind us that we MUST praise his name in everything that we do and say!
Luke 19:40 (New International Version)
"I tell you," he replied, "if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out."
"I tell you," he replied, "if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out."
Matthew 27:51 (New International Version)
At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split.

Psalm 69:34 (New International Version)
Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them,
Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them,
Psalm 66:4 (New International Version)
All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing praise to your name." Selah

Graduation is approaching... QUICKLY!
My senior recital is finally done! Bitter sweet I will say... you work so hard for a 30 minute concert... then it is over just like that. Now all that is left is I have to pass my classes, graduate and find a job!! Sounds easy enough, right? My parents came to visit Andrew and I this past weekend and we had a blast. I love my parents so much and I am SO happy that they were able to come and see my recital. Here are some pictures of us from this weekend!
The dust has settled.
Well the dust has settled and reality is setting in for bachelor Jason Mesnick. America seems to be a little upset with him after the way he chose to handle his relationship with Melissa Rycroft on national television. This past week Jason, Molly and Melissa were all on The Ellen DeGeneres show. Here are some YouTube clips...

If you get the camera just right you can look ten lbs lighter...
So here's the deal. My beautiful sister Tessa has recently lost 50 lbs and she is liking the fact that she is skinny! We are always catching her snapping pictures of herself with my parents camera.... it is so funny! So Toby and Mom decided that they would try to master the "Myspace- Photo Shoot with yourself" look. This blog is dedicated to Tessa and how hard she has worked to get skinty!

Access Hollywood has answers...
Access Hollywood came out with emails today between Melissa and Jason... think they are real? See for yourselves... Emails
Television is taking over the world....
So these past two evenings have completely revolved around The Bachelor and the "Most DRAMATIC show in ALL of Bachelor history..." as Chris Harrison would say. Reality Steve was right!! The Bachelor, Jason, did in fact propose to Melissa and then in the After the Final Rose Ceremony he broke her heart and asked Molly for a... shot. I read Chris Harrison's blog and Reality Steve's blog but I do have to say that my favorite blog about the "Dramatic" Bachelor season finale was written by Boo Mama. I really like what she says about Deanna's outfit in the season finale... "WHAT IN THE SAM HILL IS SHE WEARING? Is she now selling real estate in New Zealand? Is that why she has on a business suit? Is it shantung? Is it taffeta? The mind boggles." I think that when I read this yesterday in the computer lab at school I laughed out loud. I am upset that it did not work out for Melissa and Jason, and I am disappointed that he broke her heart IN FRONT of America... but I think that Melissa is better off... go and find your prince charming girl!
Check out the links in my blog... you will enjoy them!
